How can I maximize our time during sessions?

To make the most of our photoshoot, we have three key strategies in mind. First, we can scout the property to plan each shot's composition and style beforehand. Second, we'll create a shot list based on your preferences and references. Lastly, we can style the space ahead of time to ensure it looks its best. If a scouting trip isn't possible, no worries! Just share any references, renders, or examples, and we'll still be able to prepare accordingly. By taking these steps, we guarantee a seamless and successful photoshoot experience.

What can I expect on a photoshoot day?

Arrival
As soon as we arrive on-site, we’ll do a quick walkthrough of each room to confirm what you will like to highlight. At this point, we’ll know the general flow and time required to capture all the photos to get started!

During
Once we start, I will wirelessly tether my photos to an iPad which will allow us to review the photos, collaborate, stylize, and approve it. I’ll then do my photography magic and begin to capture multiple exposures, flash, adjust lighting, and do what’s needed to make the photo!

After
Once all the defined photos are captured, we’ll do a quick recap through the photos to make sure we didn’t miss anything. If time permits, I will take the camera off the tripod and capture additional detailed shots!

Who can use the images and videos from our session?

Only the parties involved in the photoshoot! As outlined in the contract we sign prior to our photoshoot, clients must contact me when a third party asks to use the photos. “Who is a third party”? Anyone other than you, me, and if applicable, the other parties involved in a cost-share.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can submit payments online with credit cards via Stripe, Paypal, or Direct Deposit. For other methods such as checks, just let me know and we can get you set up!

How soon can I expect to have the media from our session?

Editing is a very important part of the process. To ensure the best quality, fully edited photos will be delivered via dropbox (or similar) within 1-2 weeks depending on the project scope. As a reference, it can be as early as 5-7 business days for projects needing less than 10 photos. If you need photos delivered earlier than this, just let me know, and we can discuss your requirements.

How far do you travel for a project?

As far as you need me! Most of my clients are in the Greater Seattle Area such as Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Mercer Island, and the surrounding areas. But, that doesn’t stop me from traveling domestically or internationally as I've had projects hire me for locations such as Idaho, California, and Colorado.

How will I recieve the media after a session?

After a session, you’ll receive a link to a private download page from which you can save everything you need in one place!
